By booking a GooseBerry event you are registering your acceptance of the Gooseberry Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.

Conditions of Booking

Venues and dates are subject to change or cancellation at any time prior to the event. 

GooseBerry do not guarantee a specific number of attendees at each event.  

If an event has to be cancelled for any reason outside the control of GooseBerry refunds will not be available. In this unlikely instance we will however offer clients a credit for another event.

By participating in an GooseBerry event you are giving us permission to forward the email address and mobile number you supplied during the booking to your "matches". A match occurs when both parties indicate they wish to see each other again by entering either a "yes" or a "friend" on our match cards.

All Refunds are given at the discretion of the management.

GooseBerry will refund tickets provided we receive 7 days notice prior to the event date.

Any refund granted will normally be subject to a administration fee of £10.00

GooseBerry hold events at venues that are independently owned and run. Therefore if you suffer any damages, physical or otherwise you agree that GooseBerry and its associates cannot be held responsible or liable.

By purchasing tickets and participating in a GooseBerry event you agree that neither GooseBerry or its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in GooseBerry services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with GooseBerry. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

GooseBerry can take no responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings whilst attending an event.
